Do you believe that the summer is half over?! Let’s doubly enjoy what is left of it.
In a few minutes I will be leaving to go visit my parents in Colorado. My dad has had several strokes and the Lord has kindly allowed me to go out to be with them many times. I always love being with them. But I always miss being away from you…..my church family.
Bill and I have had some wonderful times of hospitality with you this summer. Last Sunday we had Geoff and Karla Sensenig’s caregroup for lunch. I was so happy that whole families came. (We missed Jack!) At the end of our time, Bill said, “Well, we’re walking through life together.” I felt a lump in my throat. It’s so true. We’ve known some of you for 28 years. Some we are just getting to know. Either way…..this is true…..we are walking through life together. What a happy thought.
I know that there are many wonderful churches, but I am so grateful that the Lord has put me in this church. I love being part of this church. And I appreciate the love and support that I feel from you all as I walk through life. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
So my “Crossway Church bag” is packed. May the Lord help me to represent Him and you well as I go. I appreciate your prayers.
I am your,
Cynthia

Oh Cynthia, that put a lump in my throat too. I am with you in my gratefulness to be a part of this church & to be walking through life with all of you. Certainly will be praying for you.
I think I can speak for anyone who knows you (which would be the entire church!) when I say WE are very blessed you are part of OUR church…You are such a Godly example to all of us..especially us ladies trying to glorify God in our roles as a woman…THANK YOU Cynthia. (and I know that you would prefer no one thank you, but you are getting it anyway!!) LOVE YOU!!!
