There are several young adults from Crossway who recently graduated from college. Our deep respect and affection goes out to each of them. Please take a moment this week to lift them in prayer as they seek to face their future with faith.

Brant Driedger
I am a biology major with a botany option which means more of my classes were concentrated on botany. My plans for my future are what ever God wants me to get into. Right now I would like to either get into a good position at a green house to further my knowledge of the business end of horticulture, or I would like to get into a place where they do plant breading to eventually become a breader or at least an assistant. Right now I would love to work toward becoming employed at a place like Longwood Gardens.
The prayer for me could be that I am able to get into a good opportunity for building my career while being satisfied with whatever God should choose to provide me with.

This spring marked the end of a journey in which I experience God’s tremendous faithfulness….I graduated from nursing school! As for my plans for the future, they are still a little unsure other than I know I’m marrying the love of my life in about two months! I’m studying for my boards and I’m planning to take them sometime in July. I still don’t have a job but I’m praying that God will provide a nursing job for me in His perfect timing.
My prayer request would be that I would continue to trust God in the timing of a job and that he would provide a nursing job!

I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education (Elementary, in my case). I am currently looking for a teaching job at an elementary school. I do plan on one day being certified as a reading specialist.
Finding a teaching job right now in PA is hard. There are openings in other states, but I would prefer to stay here. Which leads me to my desire for prayer for guidance…. do I stay and sub and build into the relationships I have (particularly those of friendships at my current job) or do I apply and leave the state, leaving behind those relationships and of course the relationships at church?..etc. God has shown me over the years, no matter what, it’s for my good and His glory…but even just a hint at what is what I would like to know.

I graduated with a degree in Business Administration- Marketing from Millersville University and I have been working as a Marketing Specialist for ECORE International since January.
My prayer request is that God would give me the strength, diligence, and joy to honor Him in the work that He has called me to.

I graduated from Messiah College with a degree in Sports Management and am currently looking into Minor League Baseball and a few other possible options. Possible future plans may include going for my master’s and possibly working in a high school or college athletic department.
Jobs are difficult to find right now, so it would be a blessing to know that I have people praying for me. I would be blessed if people would pray that I would have faith in God during this uncertain time and for the energy and effort needed to find a job.

Wow! Brant Driedger graduating from college. I used to babysit him!! And a word of encouragement to all the grads: I, too, graduated during a recession. Remember, God is bigger than a slow job market, and He does have a plan for you. Put your hope in Him, for He will provide. What an exciting time of life!
Wow! You all did it! What a milestone in your lives that really marks God’s love and faithfulness. Hold on, now the race really takes off in life. So proud of you all working so hard.
So proud of you all. God has been faithful to you in your school work and He will continue to be faithful to you in your next job assignment.
Congratulations to all of you! This is such a neat post!

Try Lancaster Country Day school. Not sure what they have.
Also for Elya; Have you considered Dayspring Christian Academy? I have no idea if they have openings, but Keith Felizzi would know. And it is a wonderful school.
